Job Description

  • Expert in pacing, taking screenshots, monitoring performance, and analyzing insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Skilled in automating and downloading performance reports from various platforms.
  • Proficient in conducting QA for campaigns to ensure optimal execution.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up campaigns, managing audiences, and uploading creatives using native social media platforms.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of social media marketing campaigns to meet goals, managing multiple variables such as bids, audiences, and budgets.
  • Manage pixels effectively and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
  • Capable of planning and understanding campaigns, including structuring and forecasting.
  • Develop strategic action plans for accounts, foresee potential issues, and continually improve processes.
  • Set quarterly goals, evaluate performance, and provide regular, constructive feedback to team members.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms and an in-depth understanding of the broader media landscape.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate project management skills to keep projects on track and within scope.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Community Management
  • Media Planning
  • Media Buying
  • Creative Strategy
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiar with Ad Serving Tools (GCM, Sizmek) and Bidding Management Tools (Marin, Kenshoo, 4C), as well as Verification Tools (IAS - MOA).

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • English B2.
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in social media campaign management/optimization
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, task prioritization.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
