The key responsibility of the Control Tower Executive will be to Sell Products, Servies etc. to customers as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
He/She will be accessing the Sale Lead from the Leads Tool,
He/She will call/email the customer, understand the requirements & accordingly sell the suitable product/services.
He/She will have access to E Commerce Platforms to make the sale
He/She will be maintaining a log of the activities in the Leads Tool & making sure Leads Tool is updated with activities on immediate basis
He/She will be working closely with lead Submitters (Engineers, District managers etc) to get any details/information about the Leads, if needed
He/She will be providing performance reports on regular basis as required
Skills Needed:
Flair to Sell Technology Products & Services
Good Communication Skills
Good Selling Skills using phone or email
Written & Spoken proficiency in English language is must (CEFR English language proficiency of C1 or above), Spanish & Portuguese would be an added advantage.
