Facilities Manager

Are you an experienced Facilities professional ready to take your career to the next level? Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee our multi-building business plazas. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team of office administrators, with potential for future expansion to include team leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation and Logistics: Oversee and plan transportation and logistics for multiple sites.
• Site Management: Manage large business plazas, ensuring all facilities are running smoothly.
• Vendor Management: Secure and manage site partners and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Budgeting: Review P&Ls and manage budgets effectively.
• Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Communication: Manage expectations of various internal and external partners/clients. Suggest appropriate solutions and push back respectfully when necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Work Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain resilient and positive in stressful situations.
• Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in transportation and logistics oversight and planning.
• Extensive experience managing multi-building business plazas.
• Strong background in securing and managing site partners/vendors.
• Proficient in budgeting, with the ability to review P&Ls and manage budgets.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to manage expectations, suggest solutions, and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain resilient under pressure.
• Leadership experience to effectively manage and develop your team.
• Experience with Pro-Comm is a plus.
