What is the role:

We are looking for a hard-working and data-driven webinar coordinator to join our dynamic, talented and fun Global Integrated Campaign team! The webinar coordinator role is an integral part of our team. Collaborating with global campaigns and product marketing, you will help lead and implement engaging online events and webinars, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for presenters and attendees. You will collaborate to activate promotional materials, provide technical support, and analyze webinar performance to identify areas for improvement. This role requires a combination of strong planning, organizational, and execution skills to accelerate continued growth and awareness for Elastic’s solutions. We’re looking for someone who’s independently motivated, curious, unafraid to challenge themselves, and has a keen interest in understanding our business and our customers’ journeys!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end global webinar process, including planning timelines, coordinating with speakers and internal teams, and ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
  • Coordinate the creation of related materials such as landing pages, email invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage the technical setup and execution of webinars on the chosen platform (e.g., On24, Zoom Webinar). This includes managing registration, live event moderation, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Communicate effectively with speakers regarding timelines, technical requirements, and presentation guidelines.
  • Track and analyze webinar performance metrics (registration numbers, attendance rates, engagement levels) and report on results.
  • Maintain and organize webinar recordings and related assets for on-demand access.
  • Find opportunities to improve the process and enhance participant experience.
  • Support and communicate webinar calendars.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing
  • Experience with specific webinar platforms (e.g., On24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, SocialLive etc) and troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience coordinating events or projects
  • Ability to manage tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Fluency in English

Bonus Points:

  • Great teammate with ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
