British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a OTC Team Lead - Billing Canada / Lancar in Costa Rica



 


 


DBS OTC Team is looking for a Team Lead to help grow the team, ensure delivery of timely and accurate information for internal teams and customers. Highly motivated and detail oriented to maintain customer satisfaction, problem solver and lead the members of team with your decisions.


 


 


Your key responsibilities will include


 



  • Ensure the daily activities for Billing process for Canada / Lancar (adjustments, cancellations, reports)

  • Follow up and review cases of claims, refusals, returns, delivery discrepancies in general  

  • Guarantee KPI – SLA according to agreement with End Markets and global process

  • Manage cases in SAP and SalesForce to guarantee the correct flow according our TLDs

  • Develop strong working relationships with direct reports, EM and internal teams.

  • Continually supervise and assess the adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure good results with Internal/External audits.

  • Foster integration and guidance to the team for development and performance.

  • Look for simpler and faster ways to perform daily activities, ensure the monthly reports on time to give a summary of the account receivables, aging and execute the reports or processes according to SLA.


 


 


 


What are we looking for?


 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English level 80%+)

  • Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees / leaders and ability to meet deadlines effectively prioritizing daily activities.

  • Must have 2+ years of experience working with OTC processes and the Shared Services environment.

  • Leadership and Team Development, experience using ERP (SAP/Salesforce), strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office 365 and strong customer focus.
