The Selling Partner Abuse Team designs and implements policies, tools and technology innovations to protect customers. We are looking for a Risk Manager with good analytical and investigative skills who will be relentless in protecting our Customers. This role involves interacting through several channels and using large data sets to identify potential risks, discovering patterns of risks, and performing in-depth analysis. As a Risk Manager you will be responsible for:

- Identifying, containing, and resolving time sensitive/ high impact escalations around Collusion and compliance issues.
- Identify, drive and track initiatives that improve the customer experience.
- Conducting analysis to isolate issues, developing solutions based on changing business priorities.
- Interacting with key stakeholders to define, deliver and establish standard processes.
- Build/ standardize processes to increase efficiencies and automation where available.

An ideal candidate will be able to:

- Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the tradeoffs of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and recommend the most appropriate course of action.
- Dissect complex problems to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Analyze existing policy and process gaps, and identify solutions to close them.
- Function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.




- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-5 years of experience in investigations, risk management, incident or crisis management, program management, or escalation handling.
- Experience creating and editing content for internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrated experience and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders in other departments. (finance, operations, supporting functions).
- Ability to handle ambiguity and propose solutions that align with the long term business vision both tactically and strategically.
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while being organized.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and writing proposals.

- Advanced degree (master's degree) in a relevant field.
- Experience with SQL.
- Organized, independent and autonomous, able to set and meet deadlines, and prioritize work with minimal guidance.
- Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situation.
- Experience preparing reports that identify findings and provide recommended remediation strategies and solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Open to working non-standard or extended hours (nights and weekends) based on business needs and to provide on-call support for high severity events.
