TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop platform-native content, maintain content calendar, design/edit graphics and videos.
- Develop, curate, and publish high‑quality, platform‑native content (copy, images) aligned to brand voice and objectives, leveraging existing approved assets and brand elements.
- Maintain a monthly/quarterly content calendar and coordinate with Creative AORs and Brand team stakeholders.
- Ensure copy is clear, accurate, compliant, and optimized for each platform’s nuances (hashtags, lengths, alt text, accessibility).
- Maintain and manage Social Profile pages ensuring content is updated/accurate for any label updates.
Community Management:
- Respond to comments, engage with followers, escalate sensitive topics.
- Serve as the day‑to‑day community manager: respond to comments/DMs/mentions in brand voice and escalate sensitive topics per protocol.
- Proactively engage with followers and relevant communities to strengthen relationships and sentiment.
- Protect brand reputation through real‑time monitoring, rapid‑response routing, and issue flagging.
Strategy & Growth:
- Execute organic channel strategies that build awareness, consideration, and referral traffic; contribute ideas for series, UGC, creators, and tent‑pole moments.
- Stay current on trends, algorithms, and new features; translate trends into testable tactics.
Analytics:
- Track KPIs, provide insights.
- Track performance via native analytics and approved dashboards; build concise monthly readouts on reach, engagement, CTR, saves/shares, sentiment, and conversion proxies.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to iterate content, cadence, and formats; annotate results with learning agendas and next steps.
Paid Social Support:
- Assist with boosting and small test budgets across platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn), including audience/placement selection, pacing, and optimization.
- Coordinate with the media activation team on tags, UTMs, pixels, and brand safety settings.
PRT Submissions & Compliance:
- Assemble PRT packets for social posts/series (final copy, thumbnails, screenshots/mockups, claims substantiation, references, fair balance/ISI).
- Route for review in approved systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats or equivalent), manage review calendars, and track status to approval.
Social Monitoring:
- Use Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Meltwater.
- Follow the internal cadence and AE/Pharmacovigilance escalation protocols.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or advertising is required.
- 3+ years managing brand social channels (organic‑first) with portfolio examples.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Working knowledge of paid social (boosting, test budgets, basic optimization).
- Experience with Social Media listening tools is required.
- Proficiency with social scheduling/monitoring tools and native analytics; basic GA4/UTM literacy.
- Strong copywriting and short‑form video editing; accessibility best practices.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) is a plus; familiarity with PRT/MLR workflows beneficial.
