We are looking for a Reward Sr. Analyst to join our Global Reward Team.  

             

What this job involves

  • Coordinate system testing, review of new processes, assist with implementations and other technical projects
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and Security to ensure successful operation of and integration
  • Design, develop and interpret reports
  • Provide day-to-day support for issues related to HR systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues
  • Perform regular HRIS audits to ensure system accuracy
  • Maintain integrity of compensation data in HRIS system of record, by participating in HRIS upgrades and enhancements, providing critical reporting and data expertise to ensure data quality and efficient processing of HR data.  May serve as a technical expert and first line of support for HR on HRIS system.
  • Support complex compensation projects that involve high analytical skills
  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring the proper functionality of the compensation planning systems, and conducting analyses to support compensation programs and budgeting processes
  • Evaluate the competitiveness of the compensation plans by compiling and analyzing statistical data from internal and external market sources
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation, including FLSA, EEO, and pay equity standards by conducting analyses and making recommendations for FLSA status on new and existing positions
  • Support reviews, audits, and testing for Compensation related matters
  • Assist with ad-hoc analytical projects involving large amounts of data, identifying key themes, and highlighting areas of opportunity
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and data analysis for Board and Senior Leadership Team meeting
  • Performs other related duties as required or requested

    • Strong analytical mindset and skills developed from working in HR and/or Finance to proactively anticipate needs using trends/analytics to drive key decisions
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on top priorities and high impact economic and behavioral drivers
    • 5+ years of corporate compensation with knowledge of annual compensation cycles such as budgeting and salary incentive review, survey participation and market data analysis, formulating recommendations regarding salary ranges and incentive structures.
    • Experience reviewing compensation policies and practices, consistent with operational needs and ensures compliance with legal requirements
    • Knowledge or interest in learning about process configuration, security, reporting & analytics, and integration troubleshooting of HRIS systems in order to achieve maximum utilization of available technology in support of compensation processes
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or business-related field preferred
    • Strong PC skills (Word, PowerPoint & exceptional Excel skills)  
    • Professional qualification related to Compensation & Benefits, desirable (e.g. CCP/ CBP Certification).
