The Project Manager Sr Analyst is responsible to support and sometimes lead Baxter initiatives applying industry standard Program Management principles. This role is responsible for to lead medium to large projects, small programs or supporting large, sophisticated programs from initiation to final implementation and ensure they are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget.

Support multiple pivotal initiatives across Baxter, both global and local in nature.
Develop, communicate, and implement detailed program plans to ensure projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) management plans and strategies.
Assist in defining and establishing appropriate project scope and objectives based on size and complexity of program.
Monitor resource availability and allocation across workstreams to ensure project success.
Lead changes to the project scope, project timeline, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques as well as perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Measure project performance using appropriate data, tools and techniques; and report and call out issues to management as needed.
Effectively maintain the relationships with all partners.
Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
3+ years working experience in handling projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
English B2 or higher
Project Management Certification (PMP, PMI or Prince2 Practitioner) useful
Financial services experience a plus
Lean-Six Sigma and/or Scrum Master certification helpful
Proficiency in or working understanding of other languages in region supported
