Sterilization Engineer

You are responsible for

• Assuring the sterilization process is under control
• Will work with the support of the microbiology laboratory and main client will be production department
• Acquire knowledge about the regulatory and quality environment of the industry and sterilizations process
• Be part of the problem-solving process if difficulties arise as part of the sterilization process, it includes

investigations like OOSR, NCR and CAPA

•  Provide reports for management, which include management review, Quality Signals dashboard, and

project status and develop cost saving projects related to the sterilization

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Bachelor's degree in engineer or sciences
• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Ethylene Oxide Sterilization experience is necessary
• 3+ years of experience working in regulatory environment in roles such as Quality, Manufacturing and project management
• Have skills such as project management, teamwork, and communication

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.​ Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations

This role is an onsite role/Administrative shift
