Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant in a company within our network, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining records and files. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with other members of the team and other departments within the organization to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain records, prepare documents, and support team members

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English C1/C2
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools is a plus
