Summary:

As a Bookkeeper in a company within our network, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the organization. This includes maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and performing other general bookkeeping tasks. The Bookkeeper will work closely with other members of the accounting team and other departments within the organization to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile transactions for accurate financial records
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial statements
  • Assist with budgeting, implement accounting policies, and collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English C1/C2
  • 2-3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Certifications such as AIPB, QuickBooks ProAdvisor or other relevant certifications is a plus.
