As a Customer Service Representative in a company within our network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that customer service goals and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolve complaints and issues professionally and promptly
  • Process orders, updates, and returns, collaborating with other departments for overall customer satisfaction


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • English C1/C2
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in call center environment is a plus.
