THE ROLE |
We
thrive on innovation, reliability, and security, helping financial institutions
navigate the complexities of modern markets. As
we continue to grow, we’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen
our infrastructure, optimize our CI/CD pipelines, automate toil, and support
our mission-critical applications.
As
a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud
infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring system reliability. You’ll
collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain
seamless deployments, optimize system performance, and respond to escalated
incidents. |

OPPORTUNITIES |
- You will maintain and enhance cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- You will build, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure and AWS services)
- You will automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and scaling using IaC tools (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- You will ensure security best practices, compliance, and risk management across DevOps workflows
- You will work with development teams to enhance software deployment strategies and reduce downtime
- You will support automated deployment of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- You will participate in on-call rotation and incident response handling for production environments
- You will demonstrate and model DevOps best practices
- You will continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies and automation

SKILLS |
- You should have 3+ years of experience in DevOps and SRE or Cloud Engineering roles
- You should have proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
- You should have strong understanding of SDLC best practices, platforms, and tools
- You should have proven expertise in building and deploying CI/CD automation and deployment strategies
- You should have hands-on experience deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code
- You should have solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo)
- You should have experience with monitoring and logging tools and techniques
- You should have knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
- You should have understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
- You should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident response and management
- You should have knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, FAST, etc.) and project delivery experience
Nice-to-Haves:
- Financial services experience or familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
- Experience with serverless computing solutions like AWS Lambda/Fargate and Azure Functions/Container Apps
- Understanding of AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure in cloud environments.
- Certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Cloud Security, DevOps tools,)
- Experience administering SDLC and CICD tools and applications (Azure DevOps, Artifactory, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
