Global Lead, Intelligent Automation Empowerment Program 

Huntsman is seeking a Global Lead, Intelligent Automation Empowerment Program supporting the Corporate Functions Division located in San José, Costa Rica. This position will report to the Director, GBS Automation & Advanced Analytics

Job Scope

The Global Lead for Intelligent Automation Empowerment Program is responsible for designing and driving multiple programs and initiatives centered around upskilling our Huntsman employees. The programs are geared towards various methods of teaching team members how to leverage technology to improve the work that we do. The programs involve everything from group share sessions to technology specific academies.  The primary measure for success in this role is the advancement of digital use in driving efficiency, experience, and effectiveness. The Global Lead for Intelligent Automation Empowerment Program will work closely with other members of the Automation and Analytics team, along with experts in other groups, to include Global Reporting and Analysis, to define and deliver empowerment initiatives through an annual plan. In additional, in this role, the Global Lead will be responsible for hosting executive townhall share sessions, communities of practice, and facilitating the GBS Hub Digital Champions program.  This role is a core part of the GBS organization’s push to leverage technology across the services we provide.

In summary, as the Intelligent Automation Empowerment Program, you will:  

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 Mentorship Program
    Launch and manage personalized mentorship opportunities for Huntsman creators to foster individual growth and success

  • Digital Academies
    Develop and run educational programs across our solution platforms to enhance user proficiency and engagement

  • Monthly Community of Practice (CoP) Sessions
    Organize and facilitate monthly sessions that bring users together to share knowledge and best practices around targeted topics

  • Digital Champion Program
    Identify and empower advanced users through cross-functional learning sessions, enabling them to lead and advocate for digital innovation within their teams

  • Automation Day Events
    Plan and execute events to promote awareness and engagement around digital transformation and automation initiatives

Support Program Execution & Governance

  • Develop annual empowerment program roadmap working with GBS leadership

  • Develop execution plans aimed at delivering key activities within the approved roadmap

  • Support monthly update reporting on initiative progress, to include calling out roadblocks, issues, risks, and other key dependencies

  • Track and report on key execution measures as agreed with GBS leadership

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
 
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT Business Application, Communications & Marketing

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
