Work as a Business Analyst for ServiceNow ITSM for a leading multinational company in the healthcare sector. The Business Analyst for ServiceNow ITSM will work closely with business units and IT teams to identify, analyze, and translate business needs into functional specifications and system design specifications within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires analysis of business processes or services and the ability to apply ServiceNow workflow for these. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a the ability to analyze ServiceNow data.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, adding this information to demands in ServiceNow, and creating appropriate issues in Jira.

• Perform analysis of ServiceNow data, Jira data, or other types of data, to help management understand the causes of problems and potential risks.

• Work with Product Managers to make recommendations for solutions to ServiceNow issues and risks.

• Perform ServiceNow platform business process activities

• Create/update documentation for ServiceNow platform business processes.

• Create/update technical documentation that describes the consumption of ServiceNow APIs and other platform services.

• Conduct design reviews or other meetings and document the outcomes; follow-up with stakeholder on open actions.

• Develop reports to track ServiceNow operational performance.

• Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives.

• Evaluate and update ServiceNow content (Services, Knowledge Articles, etc.).



Requirements
  • • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and minimum of 3 years experience working as BA on technical projects.
  • • In lieu of degree, an additional 3 years of BA work experience may be substituted for a total 6 years.
  • • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
  • • Basic understanding of ServiceNow ITSM.
  • • Basic understanding of JIRA.
