Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams

Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and user stories

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, development, project management) to ensure deliverables align with requirements

Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements, particularly within healthcare IT workflows
-
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and UAT sessions
-
Create mockups, process flows, and wireframes to support requirement clarity
-
Support change management activities and perform impact analysis

Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Healthcare IT
-
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
-
Hands-on experience in developing BRDs, FRDs, and acceptance criteria
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with LIMS platforms is an advantage

Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or similar compliance frameworks is a plus
-
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus
