RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Review and process purchase orders for all indirect procurement categories
  • Follow up on timeliness creation of Good Receipt (GR) for the corresponding Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Monitor and to generate actions to improve or maintain the good performance of the Procure to Pay (PTP) Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Customer Service: Provide direct support to our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing training materials and provide training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support vendor master data maintenance by raising creations and changes to the global team in charge.
  • Manage the invoices backlog and perform follow up with local market team.
  • Manage regular Market reviews meetings to present monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) KPI’s and perform the corresponding follow ups.
  • Support Procure to Pay (PTP) migration tasks.
  • Support the team with questions related to the system and the processes.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Knowledge (System Applications and Products – SAP preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s formulas, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
  • Analytical thinking for issue resolution and process troubleshooting
  • Basic reporting and data management
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in Time management skills
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate Level)
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Procure to Pay (PTP) tasks or related activities
