Responsible for Incident Resolution and Service Request Fulfilment in the areas of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Acting as Product Owner Support by keeping informed of service changes and investigating known issues.
Developing and maintaining an ongoing training program for the business including all FM sites. Training should include CPIM lead sessions and scheduled sessions with Microsoft.
Developing and maintaining all documentation associated with the cloud solution applications as necessary.
Keeping abreast of the latest cloud application updates and features available to our FM teams and communicating these to our users.
Responsible to submit RFCs for any changes in the Microsoft Cloud systems
Promoting One Freudenberg cloud first strategy to all of FM
Sharing knowledge within 2nd Level Competence Centers and to 1st Level Support team
Conception and implementation of IT concepts focused on ITIL-oriented processes in the area of Client Systems
Occasional project participation and management
Support PMO projects, audits and eventual change to the methodology.
Associates Degree (Minimum), Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
IT discipline experience 3-5 years
