Compliance Learning Administrator (Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica)
As a Compliance Learning Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on ensuring compliance training is assigned, tracked, and delivered effectively while supporting learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
Your role:
Support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone), including training assignments, system checks, and troubleshooting.
Maintain standardized roles and curricula to ensure regulatory requirements are met, collaborating with Business and Content Owners to align training.
Provide timely support to learners and managers on training assignments, access, and record updates, while resolving requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
Generate and distribute compliance training reports, helping track completion rates and program effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance learning by developing knowledge of LMS features, QMS administration, and best practices.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
You bring at least 2 years of experience in LMS administration within a highly regulated industry (or equivalent experience). Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree may qualify with no prior experience.
Your skills include proficiency in Cornerstone LMS administration, with experience or familiarity in ServiceNow (SNOW).
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting LMS or training-related challenges.
You’re an effective communicator in professional-level English (speaking and writing), with the ability to interact confidently with learners, managers, and stakeholders.
You’re naturally curious, motivated to grow your expertise in LMS administration, QMS, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance, and thrive in a collaborative, continuous-learning environment.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
