DevOps Engineer

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes in on-premise environments. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible or similar tools.
• Support and monitor On-Premise and self hosted cloud environments (VMware, Baremetal, Vultr, Digital-Ocean, Datacamp).
• Ensure secure, consistent, and reliable deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate application builds, tests, and deployments.
• Participate in troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Maintain system monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Document infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and DevOps best practices adoption.

Additional Responsibilities

• Any other responsibility established by the manager related to the employee’s knowledge and areas of responsibility.

Key Skills and Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
• On-premise infrastructure experience (VMWare, RedhatLinux Family, Baremetal, CloudHosting.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Solid understanding of Linux and little amount of windows server environments.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker and Docker Swarm) is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation.
• PRTG Network Monitoring knowledge is must.
• ELK knowledge is must.
• Cloud product knowledge is a must (Cloudflare, Medianova, KeyCDN, Akamai, etc.)
