We are hiring high-potential MBA graduates and experienced senior professionals (including ex-C-level leaders) for a client-facing Dynamics 365 consulting role.
This position blends technology consulting, business advisory, and revenue ownership, supporting clients across Dynamics 365, BPO, Accounting Services, and Fintech software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients across technology and business operations
- Deliver live consulting sessions (remote + occasional onsite) to solve challenges and optimize systems
- Conduct business and technical discovery across finance, operations, and service environments
- Recommend solutions spanning Dynamics 365, BPO, accounting, and fintech services
- Identify and drive revenue opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, expansion)
- Lead webinars, workshops, and executive-level discussions
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility in HubSpot
- Ensure high-quality follow-ups, engagement, and long-term client success
Who This Role Is For
MBA Graduates
- Recently completed or early-career MBA (or equivalent)
- Strong interest in consulting, technology, and client-facing roles

Senior / Ex-C-Level Professionals
- Former executives, consultants, or senior leaders (C-level, VP, Director)
- Experience in finance, operations, SaaS, BPO, or consulting environments
- Strong advisory presence and executive communication skills
- Interest in a flexible, high-impact, commission-driven consulting model
Core Requirements (Both Profiles)
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP systems, or enterprise solutions
- Experience or familiarity with BPO, Accounting Services, or Fintech is a plus

HubSpot experience (Required) – pipeline management, CRM hygiene
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills
- Comfortable in a hybrid work model
- Self-starter with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation
- 80% commission-based structure (uncapped earning potential)
- 20% base provided as a draw against commission
