Summary:

As a Financial Controller in a company within our network, you will be responsible for maintaining records of fiancial transations by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements complianace and much more. In this position, you will work closely with other members of the team and other departments within the organization to ensure that financial tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards. 
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning. 
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial plans.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct to optimize the company's financial systems and processes.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure the company's financial practices remain in compliance.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity needs are met.
  • Implement strategies to optimize working capital and minimize financial risk.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
