The Print Quality & Experience (Print Q&E) team, part of Customer Support and Service Delivery, advocates the best-in-class Customer Product experience and delivers the highest quality in Print Products through all lifecycle phases by providing superior technical support, taking action on data insights and influencing generational product improvements.

To be a Global Project Manager in the Print Q&E Transformation Engineering team, you are an experienced project manager with a solid process optimization and global stakeholder management background, that will help us identify improvement opportunities, implement them and, more importantly, bring all the Print Q&E colleagues through the transformation journey. The team will support you throughout your journey and commit to a culture of trust, building a happier and productive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drives global process optimization projects across Print Advanced Technical Support operations
  • Leads cross-functional process improvement teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Independently develops solutions for a project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth customer support and industry knowledge.
  • Interprets data and develops optimization recommendations.
  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of process issues.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated process improvement and process optimization skills
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly at different levels of the organization, visual storytelling skills
  • Customer services and support processes knowledge preferred, advanced technical support processes knowledge will be a plus

Education and Experience

  • 6 or more years of process improvement, project management and/or program management experience in complex cross-functional, virtual and multi country environments
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent complex problem solving certification (Agile, LSS Black Belt) preferred
  • Experience in process definition / documentation, experience in process design for automation or RPA implementations will be a plus
