What will you do?
- Support digital touch strategies and campaigns for the SentinelOne Customer Growth Programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing & our Growth Manager on upsell initiatives and understanding growth opportunities
- Provide Customer Success enablement & training on growth campaigns
- Assist in campaign set up: customer segmentation, content creation, operationalization, & more
- Create playbooks based on account activity triggers that indicate customers are ready for upsell or expansion discussions
- Operationalize & provide awareness of processes & programs that impact Customer Success throughout the organization (Renewals, Sales, Product, Training, etc)
- Report & track all Growth Campaigns & Metrics
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- 2-3 years of experience in Demand Generation or Customer Success programs
- Prior experience building one-to-many and digital touch strategies
- Experience with customer upsell, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Proven record in establishing and executing Product-led Growth and Sales strategies
- Familiar with demand gen programs and processes
- Understanding of the marketing ecosystem
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and has an analytical mindset
- Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo, and other Communications/Campaign tools experience
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools, i.e., Salesforce, Google Sheets & Tableau
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly
What will separate you from other candidates?
- Previous exposure to cybersecurity or demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
- Deep knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
