Our client is a leading digital marketing agency that specializes in HubSpot implementations, helping businesses to effectively utilize all aspects of the HubSpot platform. We are seeking a HubSpot Expert with a proven track record in implementing and optimizing HubSpot systems across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Implementation & System Buildout

    • Configure and optimize HubSpot functionalities across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
    • Build and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, and system logic.
    • Execute data migrations including mapping, imports, and validation.
    • Develop insightful dashboards and reporting mechanisms while structuring effective campaign setups.
    • Support CMS and content deployment efforts.

Execution Across the Full Implementation Lifecycle

    • Deliver services seamlessly across the entire lifecycle—from onboarding and strategic planning to configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Ensure all work aligns with the client’s objectives and ManoByte’s high-quality delivery standards.
    • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance of implemented solutions.

Client Enablement & Collaboration

    • Onboard and train clients on HubSpot best practices to maximize their use of the platform.
    • Translate complex business requirements into easily implementable technical solutions.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers.

Troubleshooting & Optimization

    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across HubSpot and its integrations.
    • Identify avenues for improving workflows, data structures, and reporting tools.
    • Escalate complex issues with comprehensive documentation for prompt resolution.

Performance & Reporting

    • Analyze system performance and campaign efficacy; offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Maintain a clean and structured documentation process within HubSpot to enhance project clarity and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically within Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Strong expertise in creating workflows, automation processes, and CRM architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in data migration, integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and precise completion.
  • Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Comfortable leading client calls, training sessions, and creating documentation in English.
  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Active HubSpot certifications or a willingness to obtain them.
