Job Description:
In this role, you will manage team, ensure process compliance, resolutions of escalations, meet the team targets as conveyed by managers from time to time and prepare deliverable plans of the projects & ensure that work product meets quality parameters laid down for the respective projects.
Responsibilities:
Excellent domain knowledge on Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, summarization)
Experience working with IT contracts and knowledge of legal framework for IT & ITES, exposure to procurement contracts, subcontract, M&A would be an added advantage.
Review and interpret contract provisions critically; Possess a complete understanding of industry specific risks associated with clauses.
Sound knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies and industries, global standards, and best practices.
Understanding of corporate legal requirements including but not limited to the Information security, compliance of IP, Data privacy, and others; facilitate and conducts legal research, if needed
Should have excellent written and oral English communication skills
Exceptional communication (to both internal and external stakeholders), collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Should be proficient with Industry standard CLM platforms and Artificial intelligence/automation exposure (preferable), working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
Should be able to create standard operating procedures, workflows and training material

Costa Rica specific requirements:
Exposure to large and complex deal structures
Multilingual support would be an added advantage
Understanding of US and EU laws preferred
Support to US and Europe time zone
