Join us as an Implementation Manager Depot CAC, where you will lead the end-to-end execution of depot logistics solutions tailored to national and international clients across diverse industries. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with both local and regional strategic objectives.

We are looking for a professional with 7+ years of experience in managing implementations, overseeing cross-functional teams, and driving complex logistics projects or related from planning to go-live. The ideal candidate has a strong background in operations, project management, and stakeholder coordination, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and client-centric solutions.

As Implementation Manager, you will work closely with operations, product, and project teams to ensure each deployment meets technical, commercial, and service standards. You will also play a key role in risk management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of depot solution implementations, ensuring alignment with client expectations, operational standards, and regional business objectives.

  • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams (Operations, Product, IT, HSSE, Procurement) and external stakeholders, driving clarity, accountability, and timely execution.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through structured communication plans, governance routines, and issue resolution frameworks.

  • Apply structured implementation methodologies and leverage logistics technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, SD1) to ensure efficient, scalable, and repeatable deployments.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and training materials to support operational consistency and solution adoption.

  • Monitor implementation KPIs and milestones, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

  • Partner with regional and local teams to ensure solutions are aligned with product strategy, operational capabilities, and client-specific requirements.

  • Identify and implement process improvements during and after deployment, contributing to the evolution of best practices and operational standards.

  • Support capability building across teams through knowledge sharing, training, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and alignment throughout the implementation journey.

  • Provide post-deployment support to monitor solution performance, gather client feedback, and drive continuous enhancement.

  • Lead client-facing workshops and operational reviews to ensure long-term satisfaction and solution sustainability.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation management, operations, and contract logistics, with a proven track record in implementation and stakeholder management.

  • Academic background or certifications in project management such as PMP, PMI, PMO or CSM.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and logistics systems (WMS/TMS, SD1); experience with AutoCAD and layout planning is a plus.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including cost modeling and operational planning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage effectively with clients.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative mindset, proactive problem-solving, and results-driven leadership

  • Advanced English skills.
