The Instructional Designer plays a key role in developing and maintaining a role‑based learning curriculum that supports our customers’ training needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Instructional Designer, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content. Your work enables customers to confidently engage with our products and supports Clario’s mission to unlock better evidence through exceptional training experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Sr. Instructional Designer in creating and maintaining a role‑based training curriculum across instructor‑led, web‑based, and eLearning modalities.
- Conduct needs analyses, develop high‑level and detailed designs, and create training content from concept through final production and rollout.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to gather training requirements and ensure content aligns with study, product, and protocol objectives.
- Produce raw content and collaborate on eLearning, video‑based training, and other digital learning assets.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to integrate product updates and new features into training materials.
- Schedule and deliver customer training sessions via web‑based platforms.
- Manage content repositories, version control, and reusable development processes that support new product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement by participating in beta testing and incorporating stakeholder feedback into training materials.
What We Look For
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1–2 years of experience designing and developing technical training content using instructional design methodologies
- Proven ability to create content for multiple delivery methods, including virtual, instructor‑led, and self‑paced eLearning
- Strong proficiency with course‑authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Demonstrated success collaborating cross‑functionally and managing projects from concept to completion
- Ability to learn technical products quickly using pre‑release documentation/software
- Experience with virtual delivery platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect) preferred
