You don’t close deals. You open doors. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’re the engine at the very top of the sales funnel—starting conversations, qualifying real construction projects, and handing warm opportunities to Account Managers. High volume, clear scripts, zero pressure to sell.

About the Company:

This is a full-time role for a partner agency in the self-storage industry, specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. They focus on enhancing the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service, helping individuals and businesses with secure and convenient storage options.

Location: LatAm based - Fully Remote


Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Make 60–100 outbound calls per day using provided call lists

  • Connect with developers, owners, asset managers, and operators in construction-related markets

  • Follow approved call scripts and objection-handling frameworks

  • Qualify leads by confirming:

    • Active or upcoming projects

    • Project stage and timeline

    • Location and relevance

    • Decision-maker or main contact

  • Clearly hand off warm leads to Account Managers with concise summaries

  • Log all calls, outcomes, and notes accurately in the CRM

  • Tag leads correctly: Warm, Nurture, or Not a Fit

  • Schedule follow-ups and ensure clean handoffs

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Previous experience in call centers, lead generation, or B2B outbound calling

  • Confident spoken English (neutral accent preferred)

  • Comfortable with high call volume and rejection

  • Coachable and able to follow scripts precisely

  • Strong organization and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
