As a Logistics Analyst in San José, Costa Rica, you will support our global logistics operations by managing freight invoice processing, reconciliation, reporting, and transportation-related financial activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers, you will help ensure invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, support month-end activities, and drive process improvements across logistics and finance operations.

Essential Job Functions:
Process, review, and validate freight and logistics invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual rates and supporting documentation.
Reconcile carrier and vendor invoices, statements, and accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, including rate variances, duplicate invoices, missing documentation, and payment discrepancies.
Serve as a key point of contact for carriers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment-related matters.
Partner with Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to support efficient invoice processing and issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain transportation-related accruals and support month-end close activities.
Monitor freight spend and provide reporting and analysis on transportation costs, liabilities, and invoice trends.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment workflows.
Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Logistics and Finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in logistics, transportation, freight audit, invoice processing, accounts payable, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
