Summary:
As a Recruiter specializing in the moving, logistics, and gig economy sectors, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's dynamic needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to actively source and attract candidates with experience in the moving, logistics, and gig economy sectors.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (mandatory) C1 or native English proficiency is a MUST.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the moving, logistics, or gig economy industries.
- Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting techniques specific to these industries.
- Strong understanding of job market trends and challenges within the moving, logistics, or gig economy sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
