As the Strategic Partnership Manager, Latin America, you'll be at the forefront of expanding AMBOSS influence and achieving significant growth throughout Latin America. Your core mission will be to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market penetration. You'll lead the charge in developing and executing partnership strategies, primarily focusing on revenue-generating initiatives. This will involve not only direct-to-partner (B2P) approaches but also supporting early-funnel business-to-business (B2B) acquisition efforts within the region.
Strategic Planning & Resource Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to strategize the optimal allocation of time, effort, and resources to achieve outcomes that directly support overall regional market goals.
Partnership Strategy & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies specifically tailored to expand AMBOSS influence, market penetration, and revenue growth across Latin America. This involves a focus on cultivating and managing high-impact strategic alliances.
Partnership Identification & Cultivation: Proactively identify and establish strategic partnerships with key organizations, professional associations, academic institutions, and other relevant stakeholders across the Latin American market.
Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive revenue growth, acquire new users, and expand regional market reach and awareness
Institutional Partnership Support: Support the identification and establishment of partnerships within the institutional landscape, collaborating with internal teams to secure high-value collaborations.
Revenue-Driven Strategy Ownership: Own the strategy and execution of revenue-driven initiatives for the Latin American market, focusing primarily on business-to-partner (B2P) models and supporting early-funnel business-to-business (B2B) acquisition.
Roadshow & Conference Strategy: Own the strategy and planning for roadshows and conferences across the region, supporting IFOM/IMG's presence in priority markets through onsite activities, webinars, and other modalities.
Help maintain and strengthen IFOM and IMG’s brand visibility and reputation in the region
Sales Enablement Collaboration: Collaborate closely with regional institutional representatives to support the development of sales enablement materials, presentations, and compelling institutional pitches for partners.
Lead Generation Support: Allocate time and effort to assist in lead generation activities for both direct-to-partner (B2P) and institutional markets as needed.
Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage a deep understanding of the regional medical and professional education landscape. Continuously conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, understand local nuances, and closely monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-functional Localization: Collaborate extensively with various cross-functional teams, including the IFOM Channel, IMG Channel, B2B Channel, Marketing, and CRM to localize partnership strategies, content, and initiatives for the diverse markets within Latin America, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
You must be a licensed medical doctor (physician) in Latin America
You must be a native Spanish speaker and fluent (C2 Level) in English.
You must have a deep understanding of the needs and pain points of medical students and physicians in training today in Latin America.
Proficiency in Portuguese
Prior business, commercial, or marketing experience.
