About the Role
The Marketing & Communications Specialist plays a key role in executing company-wide branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this role ensures consistent, engaging messaging across internal and external channels. From managing social media and digital campaigns to producing internal communications and creative assets, this position directly impacts brand visibility, employee engagement, and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
  • Own and manage all company social media channels.
  • Create and publish brand-aligned written, visual, and video content.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages and reviews professionally.
  • Analyze performance and deliver monthly social media reports with insights.
Marketing Technology & Campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Sense, the AI-powered talent engagement platform.
  • Execute automated campaigns and internal communication requests.
  • Review performance monthly with the Sense representative.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements.
Internal Communications & Branding
  • Write and publish monthly internal and contingent worker newsletters.
  • Create marketing and branding assets including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, and event collateral.
  • Develop content for employee recognition, awards, and spotlights.
  • Support website content, design, and media updates.
Collaboration & Professional Standards
  • Partner with leadership to communicate services and company updates.
  • Ensure brand alignment, confidentiality, and quality across all materials.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Canva, video editing tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Data-driven, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Google Docs.
