We are growing! JBS is looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a direct impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and digital presence. You will play a critical role in supporting our marketing, sales, alliances, and demand generation efforts—helping us create and share impactful stories about the unique solutions we deliver to clients.

We are 100% remote but candidates must reside and be authorized to work in Costa Rica.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Create, update, and manage digital marketing assets including LinkedIn posts, social media content, flyers, and one-pagers.

  • Write and publish new case studies, SEO-optimized web pages, and project overviews to showcase JBS client work.

  • Assist in the creation and execution of campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.

  • Support event preparation through marketing collateral, logistics, and promotional content.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, and Delivery teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Website & Social Media

  • Maintain and update the company website with new content, project overviews, and optimized pages.

  • Ensure all updates reflect brand voice, are SEO-friendly, and enhance lead generation.

  • Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy for effective outreach and reporting.

  • Conduct research on target accounts and prospects, keeping contact information current and organized.

  • Step in to assist the demand generation team with overflow tasks, campaign execution, and lead sourcing.

  • Support A/B testing strategies to improve campaign and website performance.

  • Assist with event planning and follow-up activities to maximize engagement and ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in marketing and sales support roles within a B2B environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on copywriting, editing, and content creation.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing (social media, SEO, campaigns, website content).

  • Proficient with HubSpot and other marketing tools (CRM, analytics, content management systems).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Agile, consulting, B2B, or technology industries.

  • Video editing and graphic design experience.
