Job Overview
Develops organization to support operational strategy, defines and implements operational plans for manufacturing engineering function.
Job Requirements
- Assessing risk and ensuring compliance of processes across the area of responsibility.
- Developing and administering schedules and performance requirements, and supporting budget responsibilities if required.
- Working on issues of diverse scope, including understanding of business trends.
- Interacting with multiple organizational levels and creating a technical network within the organization.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters degree with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
