Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Engineer for a leading company in the medical manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high-quality devices under strict regulatory standards. This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects in manufacturing areas.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Operational Excellence tools.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical industry regulations (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in the medical or regulated industry. As part of OPEX
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, OPEX, and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to manage projects and lead optimization initiatives.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
