You are an effective communicator who turns complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. You are a collaborative partner who transforms creative ideas into meaningful results.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven track record of building analytical models that combine statistical rigor with business context to support commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for global stakeholders across time zones.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Industry experience in industrial goods, manufacturing, engineering products, or B2B environments.
  • Experience designing executive-level dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with advanced machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for exploratory or experimental modeling, including experience partnering with Data Science team on model development and handoffs.
