Job brief
We are looking for a Product Manager for our client — a U.S.-based financial services and asset management platform for residential real estate investors. The company connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams, originating business-purpose loans, including bridge loans and rental loans, for investors who buy, renovate, resell, and/or rent properties. It's a well-established, growing company with a global team and a fast-paced, collaborative culture.
This is a fully remote role (Costa Rica), reporting to a Director of Product. You'll help define and deliver products, support partner integrations and monetization, and build and refine workflows across teams.
Responsibilities
- Support partner onboarding and define integration touchpoints — APIs, data flows, and workflows — ensuring technical and operational readiness
- Gather requirements from business partners and develop workflows or features that enhance sourcing, underwriting, and deal management
- Represent user and partner needs in roadmap planning; maintain a prioritized backlog and clearly articulate the "why" behind decisions to both business and engineering audiences
- Own your sprint: write well-defined tickets with acceptance criteria and edge cases, participate in planning, track in-flight work, and escalate blockers early
- Keep stakeholders informed — proactive status updates, no surprises, decisions documented
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or analytics-driven environments (real estate technology experience preferred)
- Fluent, professional-level English, written and verbal, with strong documentation instincts; you'll work daily with a U.S.-based team
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across time zones, with availability that overlaps New York business hours
- Structured operator: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving cycles, and competing priorities — you propose resolutions, not just problems
- Collaborative but self-directed — you drive work forward without needing a senior PM to bridge gaps
- Experience with AI products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Asana, Figma, or equivalent project management tools
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation & Benefits
-
Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits/FSA/401K matching
- Paid time off and holidays
- Opportunities for growth and professional development
