Job Summary
Job's purpose and primary focus

This candidate will be responsible for executing repeatable tasks for the delivery of both capital construction and lifecyle maintenance/software development projects.

Essential Responsibilities
Primary job duties this position is responsible for achieving are listed in order of importance.

• Project financial tracking, balancing, management and variance reconciliation
• IT equipment and vendor labor procurement
• Project intake processing within systems of record (RPM, MSPO)
• Meta-data cleanup within systems of record (RPM, MSPO, Sharepoint)
• Administrative support (meeting logistics, customer interactions/engagement, project document archiving, etc.)
• Project closout tasks

Essential Functions:

• Communicate progress and information with stakeholders and participate on project teams
• Assist with project financials by gathering and tracking key data points
• Adhere to established priorities, deadlines and expectations
• Support the management and mitigation of project risks by assisting in the analysis and identification of trigger events
• Escalate issues and/or risks as appropriate
• Identify and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities
• Assist with following established project processes and policies (e.g. SDLC requirements, project status reporting, etc.)
• Provide timely updates to Project Manager(s) regarding budgeting disparities/variances and project scheduling conflicts

Minimum Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related field AND a minimum of 3 years experience in financial analysis or accounting.
•In lieu of Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience of 3 years will be considered, in addition to the listed minimum years of experience (6 years).

Basic Qualifications

• 1 year experience in working with large financial data sets in Microsoft Excel (e.g. conditional formula and macro creation, pivot table development)
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Project Online (MSPO)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project planning and coordination
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Completed certifications - PMP, CSM and/or SAFe
• 1 year experience with Jira and Confluence
• 1 year experience with Agile methodology
