Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to enhance our service to residents, streamline our operations, and support our growth. The Property Manager will provide centralized back-office support to our on-site community managers and the company principal/owner using our property management and financial accounting systems and other collaboration tools. Over time, this individual will take on a leadership role, offering oversight and guidance to our community managers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain tenant records, leases, charges and monitor payments, returns & delinquencies. Support evictions process as needed.
  • Issue Monthly statements, reconcile utility billing. 
  • Manage Accounts Payable process including entering and approving invoice, making journal entries, performing monthly bank reconciliations and other bookkeeping related tasks.
  • Manage vendors, resolve billing issues. 
  • Provide organization to our forms, agreements and other tools and develop an Operations Manual by documenting policies and procedures. 
  • Take initiative to improve and automate our operations.  
Qualifications

  • English resume is required. 
  • English level C1/C2.
  • Experience with residential property management.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and financial accounting systems such as Quickbooks, Yardi, Buildum, Appfolio or others. Familiarity accounting concepts such as double-entry bookkeeping and chart of accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and to communicate with on-site managers, vendors & partners via email and phone. 
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, process-oriented, takes initiative, desire to learn and grow. Good time management 
  • Proficient with Office applications such as email, pdf, Word and Excel an online tools such as DropBox.
