R2R Associate II

Position Purpose:

The R2R Associate reports to the R2R Team Lead. This position is responsible for performing General Accounting activities related to the Financial Month End process, such as balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, financial statement review and others.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor and control activities related to General Accounting processing system(s) to assure correct accounting reporting and system controls.

Ensure high quality for the Balance Sheet reconciliation for the process assigned.

Support internal and external audit regarding audit management and issue remediation.

Perform period end financial close activities and meet all related deadlines.

Prepare monthly journal entries as needed.

Ensure the timely delivery of quality financial statements in accordance with local statutory requirements and U.S. GAAP.

Provide support for the US GAAP and Local Statutory audit for the markets assigned.

Build strong business partnerships with other organizations related to the Financial close process (Tax, FP&A, Legal, Compliance, etc)

Manage processes to facilitate the review of the upper management as an effort to guarantee financial statements accuracy.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

Accounting technical degree or University Bachelor’s degree Student.

Proficiency in English.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience with SAP / ERP systems and Blackline.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in culturally diverse teams.

Good Operation results in terms of both timing and quality.

Ability to work with and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
