The R2R Lead Associate is responsible for the supervision and control of the general accounting area, for the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements and for the preparation of reports as required by Headquarters, Management and/or local authorities. He/she will lead the accounting process for the group of Zoetis legal entities in NOLA Region under both US GAAP and local accounting principles.
Interacts and works closely with Finance department in order to coordinate and ensure a correct and timely execution of all accounting processes, and with the Regional Tax team for the preparation of tax packages and tax returns.
Additionally, ensures that all transactions are duly supported and provides counsel in terms of complex accounting transactions.
