Revenue Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Enjoy Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are looking for a Revenue Manager with the aim of maximizing revenue and profitability of the assigned hotel portfolio through the planning, execution, and supervision of pricing, distribution, and inventory management strategies.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge of franchise hotel and independent hotel management systems (Desirable: Opera (Advanced), One Yield, Synxis, GRO, IDeaS, OTAs Extranets).
Proficiency in Office packages and knowledge of statistics and franchise and independent hotel systems (desirable: Opera, advanced level, One Yield, Synxis, GRO, IDeaS, OTAs Extranets). 
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proactive, results-oriented, a strategic thinker, and have good judgment.
Advanced English (B2+ or higher) is essential.
