Sales Manager – U.S. IT Staffing & Nearshore Technology Solutions

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a true hunter mentality: someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and closing deals. If you have solid experience selling nearshore or IT staffing services into the U.S. market and you're ready to own a territory, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a strategic sales plan to attract and acquire new enterprise clients in the U.S. technology sector.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across nearshore IT staffing, custom software development, data engineering, and AI consulting.
- Build and actively manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Lead the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and needs assessment through consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Talent) to understand complex needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery, recruiting, and engineering teams to ensure service alignment and client success.
- Stay current on industry trends in DevOps, AI, cloud-native development, and technology staffing.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in sales within IT staffing, consulting, nearshore outsourcing, or related technology services.
- Proven track record closing new logos and consistently meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Experience engaging C-level and VP-level decision-makers at U.S. companies.
- Prior experience working with or selling for a LATAM-based staffing or nearshore consulting firm.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, engineering hiring models (T&M, SOW), and U.S. tech market dynamics.
- Fluent English (C1/C2) — strong verbal and written communication with consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfort navigating long enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.

- Ability to communicate the business value of AI, data, and cloud transformation.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent business education.
