A Sales MDFs Management Specialist is responsible for Implementing, and administering sales MDF programs, and accurately calculate commissions by analyzing sales data, collaborating with client, and monitoring program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
MDF Planning: Work with the Client Sales Leadership team to define the objectives, MDF plans and strategy
MDF Plan Implementation: Implement the client provided plan and maintain sales MDF plans, including metrics, targets, payout structures, and performance thresholds, considering different sales channels and product lines
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze sales data to assess sales performance against targets, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing MDF plans
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with client to ensure MDF plans are aligned with overall business goals and sales strategies.
Communication and Training: Clearly communicate MDF plan details to sales teams, provide training on program mechanics, and address any questions or concerns
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance against MDF plan metrics and publish
Compliance Management: Ensure all MDF programs comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards as shared by the client
System Administration: Manage the sales MDF calculation system, ensuring accurate data input and timely commission payouts
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and sales operations to ensure smooth implementation and administration of MDF programs
Offer comprehensive consultation to partners: training, onboarding, finance queries, analytic and exception handling, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to the partner program protocols (voice and email)

Required Qualifications:
High school Diploma
Advanced Portuguese (C1)
Advanced English (B2)
3 years of experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets
Expertise in implementing and structuring sales MDF plans, including commission structures and performance-based rewards
Experience in onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various reports and provide insights
Understanding of sales processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales methodologies
Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and sales MDF management software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
