Responsibilities:

 

·         Monitoring and distribution of daily assignation of requests from suppliers and Bacardi stakeholders.

·         Customer Service: Provide direct support to our internal and external stakeholders.

·         Lead team projects and provide support with the coordination.

·         Regular contact with the suppliers.

·         Indirect and Direct PO Creation and requests from stakeholders’ management.

·         PTP KPI analysis control.

·         Daily contact with other functions in PTP to monitor End to End PTP process.

·         Identify and develop process improvements and drive efficiencies (Quality products)

·         Support quality audits to the team.

·         Attend corporate and BES trainings.

·         Coordinate training of new team members and develop training material.

·         Coordinate with IT to resolve issues related to the system.

·         Support the team with questions related to the system and the processes.

·         Support with process controls, internal and external audit

·         Work on PTP migration tasks.


Skills:


 

·         Previous AP and/or procurement experience

·         Intermediate-Advance knowledge of MS office

·         Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.

·         Ability to prioritize daily work.

·         Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.

·         Experience in process improvements

·         Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

·         Strong customer service

·         Excellent time management

·         Ability to support team members with technical questions

·         Strong understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure data integrity

·         Strong relationship with co-workers & stakeholders

·         Ability to implement ideas to improve quality or/and time effectiveness

·         Understanding the impact of process on other teams or/and stakeholders

·         Language Skills: Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
