You’ll play a critical role in configuring and implementing employee benefits programs, partnering closely with client teams while leveraging leading platforms and tools.
🔧 Key Systems & Experience We’re Looking For:
✔️ Hands-on experience with benefits administration platforms such as bSwift, Benefitfocus, Alight
✔️ Proven background in U.S. Benefits (5+ years) and group implementations (2–3 years minimum)
✔️ Strong expertise in system configuration: plan builds, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows
✔️ Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing tools for pipeline tracking and workflow management
✔️ Ability to perform system testing, audits, and data reconciliation with precision
✔️ Comfort managing multiple implementations simultaneously in a high-volume environment

- Lead end-to-end benefit implementations for new and renewing groups
- Configure and validate benefits plans with high accuracy standards
- Drive timeline execution and milestone tracking through CRM tools
- Perform testing, audits, and data validation before enrollment
