 We are looking for someone to help preserve and support our global Agent enrollment and maintenance process, as an Agent Implementation Associate, with the International Agent Maintenance Team. The main responsibility for this role is the setting up of new locations and maintenance of existing ones in the company’s database through a process that involves extensive coordination with various global functional units in the Western Union. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide support on database data extraction with ODBC and/or Snowflake connections, knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, and Power BI. 
  • Responsible for the agent's full life cycle of database maintenance integrity and recoverability, including post-rollout review. You will have the opportunity to support implementation/integration or phases of larger implementation/integration projects which include research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, and training.
  • Creating new ways to perform the daily tasks for the team. Will consider the implementation of changes in complex and critical databases, including but not limited FX rates changes, high risk compliance suspensions and more. 
  • Performs under continuous alert mode and awareness of the task’s impact. 
  • Relates well cross-culturally and cross-functionally to perform responsibilities that are dependent on external input. Changes to these databases have a direct impact on the company’s ability to perform operations as well as accuracy behind financial and operational decision-making reports.

Role Requirements

  • Must be fluent advanced in English and Spanish (B2+ in grammar and spelling) with excellent communication skills.
  • We are looking for someone who has skills like Problem-solving, customer Service, Fast learner, Detail Oriented, Accountable, Efficient, accuracy and analytical skills.
  • It would be a plus to have knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI and IA.
  • Student or graduate in business administration; industrial engineering or related degree is nice to have.
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday from 7am to 4pm.
