Description
The Fast-Fresh Support team’s primary role is to support the Amazon US Grocery Delivery business - and it’s different verticals such as vendor, instock and marketing managers as well as distribution, selection and pricing teams in who are based in the US which have a direct impact on customer experience.


The Optimization & Excellence Program supports, coordinates and facilitates structured mechanism improvement activities that are aligned to the overall F3 business goals. Our team is looking for a top-notch Senior Quality Assurance Specialist who has experience evaluating and improving quality performance of cross-functional processes. You will be a part of a local team responsible for solving catalog defects, researching, improving vendor data integrity and marketing support for a variety of US stakeholders. You will work across different business units and processes to understand the quality of outputs, improvement opportunities and ROIs.

The specialist will be the catalyst for the QA Program Manager to acquire the knowledge needed for their improvement and development. Specialist should create a supportive relationship with their team, raise the bar for our customers and promote a culture of ownership.

Another area of focus will be trend reviewing from the quality data and other team performance related metrics to enhance continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is an adaptable individual who can deliver results in a timely manner. In this position you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards for a number of different processes that have a wide range impact in the overall F3 business.






Key job responsibilities
- Audit sample units of outputs generated by associates.
- Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to SMEs, Managers and Associates
- Mitigate any potential defects from the executed processes
- Develop and implement effective reporting mechanisms for both associates and QA PMs.
- Effectively answer questions for Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Work autonomously to meet targets and timelines.
- Onboard new processes into the QA program.


- Meet productivity and accuracy targets .

- Analyze metrics, identify performance trends, and report data to QA PMs.

- Foster effective relationships with both associates and management in a team environment.

- Provide insights, support and participate in business reviews as required.

- Responsible for training tenure and QA new associates.

- Onboarding of new hires.

- Creation and implementation of learning curve and adaptation standards for various processes.




Basic Qualifications
- +2 years experience in Amazon Grocery support or similar Retail support experience
- +1 year of experience in quality assurance roles or any similar experience of improving QA for SOPs
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Experience analyzing and reporting data
- Ability to prioritize and deliver in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Able to operate autonomously, making the right judgment calls on approach, priorities, and solutions.
- Strong knowledge or understanding of QA standards and mindset
- Aptitude and wiliness to learn new skills and processes
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma trainings or knowledge.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI or others.
- Data analytics knowledge.
- Understanding of SQL, Python or any other programming/coding language that could contribute with process automation is a plus.
